Juice Movement. Glad to be here, you guys. Hope we're all together because we're going to be
talking about grains. And I mean, look, I haven't talked about grains in a while. I think it's
really a cool thing to talk about. Going to talk about gluten-free grains and some gluten too.
We'll talk about that for a little bit too. Oats. Going to talk about oats. Going to talk about
millet. Going to talk about rice and more. So we're going to talk about grains. I think that
the grain thing is a big deal for a lot of reasons because how many people are eating grains and how
do they have an effect on our body right like you guys are eating grains probably many of you are
maybe not maybe just some of you are but a lot of people are eating them and it's really important
to kind of get the low down on it understand it understand how it works inside the body what
happens when we're doing the grains because you're not going to get that information anywhere else
because it doesn't exist.
That's what's crazy about it.
There's so very little is known about it,
about what happens inside the body.
There's no science or research on what happens inside the body
when you eat a grain.
There's nothing.
There's no scientific study.
There's no research that determines anything.
There's maybe a couple of theories that gluten's bad,
but there's nothing.
So think about that right there.
So it's interesting.
This is interesting.
It's interesting how health professionals
have staunch belief systems about grains and around grains, right?
And how they affect the body, okay?
But they don't know what causes chronic illness,
chronic symptoms and conditions to begin with.
Isn't it interesting?
Because if they knew, then obviously science and research would know,
but science and research doesn't know what causes a symptom or condition in chronic illness.
So obviously the health professionals don't know either,
alternative or conventional, because they all believe in the same thing,
that I'll talk about later about.
But then on top of that,
so they'll believe how grains are bad.
Don't eat grains.
Don't eat too many grains.
Don't eat this grain, that grain.
But without knowing what's happening,
what's causing illnesses,
and that's something that happens out there too.
Look, it's all a guessing game again out there once again.
So what's the deal with grains?
Are they bad for us?
Are they good for us?
Are they healthy?
Are they not healthy?
Are they a healing food?
Question.
That's the question.
Are grains a healing food?
Or are grains a damaging food?
But that question there, are they a healing food?
That's important to know right there.
Why do some people experience symptoms with grains and others don't?
How about that?
Somebody said, hell no, they're not.
That's actually funny.
You know, it's like, exactly.
You know, it's like, right?
Are they good?
Are they bad?
You know, why do people, you know, experience symptoms with grains?
Or maybe their symptoms kind of worsen a little with grains.
And others, it doesn't at all.
You want to fasten your seatbelts.
You want to be ready for this one.
It's unique information about grains.
Unique information.
It's original from Cleanse to Heal.
Very important to know.
I'm going to be reading excerpts out of Cleanse to Heal about grains and other things.
So this is important, too.
Medical Medium Cleanse to Heal is out.
remember it's a heavy book it's got a ton of meat a ton of meat to its bones um full title here i'm
going to read for you cleanse to heal healing plans for sufferers of anxiety depression acne
eczema psoriasis lime healing plans for suffers of lime it's important to know gut problems brain
fog weight issues migraines bloating vertigo psoriasis cysts fatigue pcos fibroids gti
endometriosis autoimmune. This is already getting people better, already getting people better
that fast, that fast around the world right now. It's just firing up and people are getting better
as the books get out there. And it's like this beautiful miracle that's happening. And, and the
proof is there already. I mean, a book would need years to prove itself. This is taking weeks to
prove itself. It's just amazing what's happening. So it's really exciting, exciting time, you guys.
It really is. We're going to talk about grains and stuff. First, I want to throw
a little quote at you too.
And I'm going to get to it as we speak here. I mean, look at this right here. I love that
That photo right there.
Why do we need a cleanse, right?
Why do we need a cleanse?
This is page two in Cleanse and Heal.
Chronic illness is growing at an alarming rate.
Even with the massive amounts of organic food being cultivated now.
Do you know it's still growing at an alarming rate?
Chronic illness?
Even with fast food chains putting healthy food in them?
I mean, there's healthy food in some of the fast food chains.
Still growing at an alarming rate.
Even with the awareness about removing processed foods.
Been there, done that.
Removed processed foods.
How many people have removed processed foods?
Been there, done that.
Even with the awareness about removing processed foods from our diets, you guys.
Even with the newest healing modalities.
It's like, next, the new healing modality.
Next, get it out.
New healing modality.
Next, get it out.
Useless.
Get it out.
New healing modality.
Oh, no one getting better yet.
Nobody knows what's causing illness.
Next, get it out.
Unbelievable.
No one is escaping illness.
Sickness is present like never before.
I just read that backwards.
Not unless they have the right information are they escaping illness to stop the ticking clock.
And what I really like about this quote from Spirit of Compassion,
I really like this quote here.
This is not a lifestyle book.
It's a lifetime book.
Lifestyles don't save us.
Lifestyles don't save our lives.
It's knowing what causes a condition, a sickness, an illness, you guys, and then knowing what to do for it.
That's what saves our lives.
This is not a lifestyle book.
It's a lifetime book.
In a sea of false truths, this is about saving lives.
So I want to read that to you.
Got a quote right here on page 231.
Do you guys have this book yet?
Empowerment is having answers.
That's empowerment.
So I'm reading the quote right here, but I'm also adding a little to it.
That's empowerment.
Disempowerment is not having answers.
That's disempowerment.
I'm reading out of Cleanse and Heal.
we're going to talk about grains tonight, but you're going to have to maybe just get a cup of
herbal tea for this, for the grain one. And you're going to have to actually sit down. So you don't,
you're going to have to sit down because it's really that intense. Empowerment is having
answers. It's knowing that your body isn't attacking itself. You might be like, whoa,
I've never heard that. My body attacking itself. Alternative medicine and conventional medicine
believe you're sick because your body's attacking itself. No matter what the practitioner says in
the end or whatever anybody does. That is the rule of the law in alternative and conventional
medicine. That's what autoimmune is. It's your body attacking itself. They believe.
Empowerment is having answers. It's knowing that your body is not attacking itself.
It's knowing that your genes or hormones are not responsible for your sickness.
Amazing. Women are lying in their bed with neurological symptoms, can't even get out of
bed and function and it's blamed on their hormones or blamed on their body attacking
itself or blamed on their genes.
It's disgusting.
It's just disgusting and sick.
That's what's happening out there, even now in 2020.
It's also empowerment is believing that you're not a faulty person.
It's knowing that you're not a bad person either.
Critical to know.
That's not why you're sick because you're a bad person.
That's not why you're sick because you didn't do something right.
That's not it.
And that you didn't create your illness with your mindset and emotions.
If you get caught up with thinking that your sickness and why you had to go to 10 or 15 doctors,
because it's your mindset, if you get caught in that trap, I feel bad.
Don't get caught in that trap.
That's a bad trap to fall into.
Your mindset and emotions isn't why someone has Hashimoto's thyroiditis, RA,
Lyme, lupus, aches and pains, tingles and numbness, vertigo, dizziness, raging
eczema. Your thoughts and your emotions aren't creating your raging eczema that
takes you to a doctor where you have to get topical steroids. That's not caused
by your mindset and emotions. But when you don't know what's causing chronic
illness out there, like all the different professionals and all the different
genres of alternative conventional medicine, they'll throw anything at you. It'll be you
created your illness with your mindset and your emotions. If you're new here and reading out of
cleanse and heal, this is so important to know. You have eczema, that's got to be hard and it can't
be easy at all. It's so hard to have eczema and just know I'm sorry you're dealing with that.
Sorry you're struggling with that. And if you're new and you didn't cause it, just know that. If
you're new here, we're the largest health community and safe space for the chronic Leo
right now. And there's a reason for that because we have answers in order to heal. There are over
300 million people drinking celery juice worldwide right now. That's important to know too because
it works not for any other reason. It started with the medical medium and the medical medium
information. And that's what's happening out there. There's a little emblem on the book here,
millions of copies sold of the Medical Medium series.
Books are all in almost every single country in the world, actually.
And they're helping people heal.
It's been proven because it's helping people heal.
And that's never happened before in our history of alternative medicine,
conventional medicine.
Chronic illness sufferers with all the different symptoms and conditions
getting better and getting out of their bed,
getting out of Mattress Island, getting off of Couch Island,
so important and you know it's really important it has street cred because of the amount of people
healing it has street cred the results speak for itself so all the information is free here before
i'm going to go into grains we're about to we're about to head right into grains but i just want
to make this clear for anybody who's new here this is really important um bear with me if you're not
new here you guys have the patience of a saint i swear you guys have patience of saints no membership
charges, no website charges, no monthly website fee, no subscription charges, no club charges,
no schooling charges, no program charges, no retreat charges, no contracts to sign to get
into some membership and join the club, no educational charges, none of that stuff.
You can get the books free at the library.
We are anti-click, anti-tribe, and anti-cult.
What we are is a community.
All walks of life are welcome here.
Really important to know this.
This is a place where you can use your own free will.
That's what this is.
A place where you can use your own free will and make your own choices to go as far as you want in your healing process.
And that's the beauty of it.
That's the miracle of it.
To get rid of your symptoms and your conditions, if you're new here, without ridicule, without belief systems, or without judgment.
Critical to know.
This is all about caring about our loved ones.
This is about caring about our families.
This is all about healing and protecting our loved ones.
Looking out for our families and friends and the closest people in our lives and the closest, you know, closest friends in our lives.
That's what it's about.
I'm going to read an excerpt.
So I got Cleans to Heal right here.
You guys.
Thank you.
I'm doing the original 369 right now.
Day two, oh my God, amazing.
That's incredible.
That's incredible.
I get so many questions, you guys,
about a whole bunch of different things.
A whole bunch of questions.
And I can only cover a fraction
of what's just a fraction
each time I do live about the book.
And we're going to talk about grains.
And I get questions about grains.
I get questions about a lot of things.
You can get the book free at the library.
Amazon has it for sale right now.
so you know i'm pretty sure if you know if you're if you're looking for some kind of discount but
books you can get at the library if you can't buy a book so get it for free it's important to know
that um and the reason why the books are so important is because i can't cover all this
that's in here this is a textbook the amount the volumes of information in here it's unbelievable
and anyone you guys have you have you been breaking into the book yet it's it's so much
here. It's amazing. And it's like that at all the MM books. But I would read all the MM books.
But if you haven't got a book yet, you're like, what book do I get? Get Cleanse the Heal. Just
get Cleanse the Heal if you're like, what book do I get? I'm going to read out of Food Wars right
here. So this is an important part here. When it comes to information about food, there's a lot of
fluff out there. We could even call it smog. That smog is designed to keep people occupied
and to obscure the truth. And the food wars are part of that smog. I have to mention about the
food wars because we're about to talk about grains. And if we're going to grains, you got to
have a little bit of a background. I need a piece of the book right here and a little bit of background
about everything.
By food wars,
I mean arguments,
okay,
between opposed food belief systems.
Have you guys seen it out there?
The arguments between
opposed food belief systems?
You know the type I mean.
The claims that
this is the way of eating
is better
or even morally superior
while the other way of eating
is silly or ignorant, right?
All of it rooted
in guesswork.
And ideology, not truth.
These battles often get in the way of conversations about cleansing too.
If we're kept busy with resentment towards another group, I mean, it gets vicious out there.
If we're distracted standing up for our own philosophy while trying to discredit the other side,
we'll miss out on what's really happening inside the body and we'll never take the time to seek out the answers.
That's what happens.
I'm going to go a little bit more into it.
The most vocal in the food wars are the people who feel the least sick.
Those are the most vocal.
You'll see it out there.
I mean, I can't help it.
I'm not trying to throw some digs out there or anything.
But I see it out there.
The most vocal are usually guys that got into food hobby stuff.
I mean, guys are great.
And there's some guys that are experts.
Don't get me wrong.
These guys are experts out here.
And there's guys in the medical medium community that just, they know the information like, whoa.
And it's incredible.
and but you'll see out there that you'll see some guys out there that the least sick and they're
doing their workouts they're doing their stuff and they don't know they don't have that that
they can't get in touch with women that are suffering with the endometriosis and women
that are suffering with the fibroids and women that are suffering with the PCOS and the fatigue
and the eczema psoriasis and all of it and they can't get in touch with that they can't you know
it's it's amazing what happens and they can't get in touch with other guys that are suffering
You know what I mean?
Like that's what I've noticed.
There's a lot of guys out there that can't get in touch with children suffering.
They can't connect to it.
And they can't get in touch with the chronic illness that's happening, even with other guys suffering.
So many men out there that are suffering with chronic illness.
And there's these guys that aren't sick yet or they're the least sick.
Maybe they had a little something they cleaned up or battled by just getting rid of processed food, something mild.
and they can't get in touch with the other guys who are sick, like men,
or the women that are sick, or the children that are sick with chronic illness.
And these guys, the least sick, I've noticed, are really, you know,
they're usually the loudest out there to stand by their belief system with whatever that is
and just go ripping into people left and right.
And so the most vocal in the food wars are the people who feel the least sick.
They're the ones who have the stamina to fight about plant versus animal protein
and whole grain versus grain-free and removing fruit or allowing only low glycemic fruit
and have the stamina to attack anyone who doesn't fall into their own belief system.
In support of their claims, they tend to spout out scientific research left and right,
paid for sources with vested interests in the outcomes
because they are out of touch with the person who's been to 20 doctors
and is still lying in bed with no answers about why they're sick.
Perhaps they've experienced small inconsistencies with their health.
They've had a little less energy here or there, faced mild acne or eczema, dealt with drawn
out rebound times from workouts, maybe had a cold or cough that stuck around a little
too long, right?
Or dealt with bloating or minor digestive issues.
So they had to go on a round of antibiotics, any of which can get someone thinking about
eating better.
You know, and that's when you start thinking about eating better, right?
And that happens.
somewhere along the way in their diet research process where they're looking up keto or they're
looking up paleo or they're looking up plant-based or they're looking up vegan. Somewhere along there,
they took up a side. They took up a belief system and they started to attack the other side.
I'm going to cleanse the heel right now. We're going to talk about grains. We're going to talk
about millet. We're going to talk about oats. We're going to talk about rice. We're going to talk about other stuff too.
Meanwhile, all sides in the food wars are still sick.
All sides of the food wars are still sick.
That's the other thing to know.
And they still get sick.
And they can still get sick later.
And they do.
They do.
What the arguments ignore is that millions are still struggling.
Whether from thyroid disorders, ME-CFS, which is tiredness.
Tiredness you can't explain.
Being tired all the time.
Fibromyalgia, aches and pains, even if you don't have a label of fibro, aches and pains,
Lyme disease, multiple sclerosis, eczema psoriasis, acne, endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids,
crippling anxiety or depression, crippling anxiety or depression,
or any other hundreds of other diagnosis or non-diagnosis.
Just like in any war on this planet, you guys,
the smog of battle distracts from the suffering of those who don't have the strength to fight.
It's always been like that with any war on the planet.
That's what happens.
The least sick are fighting about things they don't even understand.
And they fight about things that are the belief systems they don't even understand.
Why the sick and the suffering or the people that are struggling are basically, you know, they have to be shush, shush.
It's crazy how it works.
Let's go into grains.
Heading in there right now.
Get ready for this.
So I got Cleanse the Heal right here.
I'm going to read grains.
We covered gluten the other day.
And I'll still talk about it a little bit.
But we covered gluten the other day.
We did do that.
So I'm in Cleanse the Heal, page 79.
You can see that episode on IGTV, by the way.
So I did a live on it.
It's up on IGTV if you want to see the gluten one.
If you're new and you haven't looked at the IGTVs and all that,
you can do that later on.
right now, though, we're hitting grains hard, so let's do this.
If you're asking yourself,
why would I want to remove even gluten-free grains?
Like, why would you want to remove gluten-free grains?
How come?
A lot of people ask that.
I get asked questions about grains all the time.
All the time.
You know, should I keep grains in?
Should I keep grains out?
Why would I even want to remove them?
Do I want to remove them?
All of that.
That's a really good question.
It's not because it's a popular trend to remove grains from the diet, even gluten-free grains.
That's not a popular trend, believe it or not.
It's not.
The misinformed concern is that they cause inflammation and are an unnecessary form of carbohydrate.
So, is that true?
Do grains cause inflammation?
Do gluten-free grains cause inflammation?
Interesting, right?
Is that even true?
Let's talk about it.
This is an important one.
We're going to cover this.
And I'm saying it's misinformed.
The misinformed concern is that they cause inflammation and are an unnecessary form of carbohydrate.
Well, gluten-free grains do not feed pathogens.
Now that could be foreign to you if you're new here,
because the only place that information originated from,
and it could be proven in the books and anything else I've done throughout the years,
that grains, gluten-free, okay, meaning gluten-free may not feed something,
but gluten feeds pathogens.
Really important to know this.
Gluten feeds pathogens.
And gluten-free grains do not feed pathogens.
And what does that mean, feed?
Well, no one knew pathogens ate until medical medium information.
Nobody knew viruses ate and fed off of anything until medical medium information.
Nobody knew bugs eat.
Bugs that are in our body, streptococcus, viruses plus bacteria inside of us, they gobble up.
They gobble up certain foods.
Certain foods.
And there's no science research that knows anything about it or has a study or understands it or thinks it even happened or not.
But what happens out there, there's these theories that gluten causes inflammation or grains, all kinds of grains, cause inflammation.
That's not true.
Grains don't cause inflammation.
They don't create it.
But I'm going to talk about how inflammation occurs.
So get ready for that.
Cleanse and heal.
Well, gluten-free grains do not feed pathogens.
Gluten-free grains do not feed pathogens.
So we don't need to be concerned that millet, do you guys like millet?
Quinoa, brown rice, or oats would feed the common bacteria, streptococcus, that everyone carries.
You guys, everybody carries strep.
If you've had acne for five seconds, there's strep in your system.
If you've had acne for five seconds in your life, there's strep in your system.
If you had ear infections, UTIs, bladder infections, yeast infections, which is streptococcus, that's strep.
Now they call it yeast, but it's strep.
That's the irony to that.
They just don't know it's strep at the doctor's office.
Because they think it's just yeast.
Unless it turns into a bloody kidney infection, then they're like, well, it's bacteria, but they don't know what kind.
It's just a bacterial infection, that's all they could say.
But strep is in us, streptococcus.
It causes the acne.
It causes styes.
It causes chronic sinusitis.
It causes all kinds of things.
It's important to know.
Like UTIs, like I said before.
So I'm going to go into this a little bit.
Millet, quinoa, brown rice, or oats
won't feed common bacteria,
such as streptococcus, that everyone carries.
unproductive bugs like strep in the gut or viruses such as EBV and herpes simplex,
meaning that in truth, gluten-free grains do not cause inflammation.
So here's how it goes.
Gluten-free grains do not feed the very bugs that keeps everybody sick out there.
That's how it works.
So no matter what bugs we have and we're carrying around or spreading or passing around
through any means, the Epstein bars,
the different varieties of shingles,
the HHV6, HHV7, HHV9, 10, 11,
undiscovered HHV6s and undiscovered shingles varieties,
undiscovered Epstein bar varieties,
all these things that we pass around and we have,
it's cytomegalovirus, all of it,
they feed off of something else.
They will feed off of gluten,
but they won't feed off of gluten-free grains.
Grains don't create the inflammation. Grains don't cause the inflammation.
Critical to know that. It's really important.
Pathogens feed off of gluten. That's how it works.
Pathogens don't feed off of gluten-free grains.
Really, really important to know. But wait until you hear what we've got to talk about.
This is intense.
No, there are other reasons to cut out all grains other than millet and oats when you're serious about healing.
You guys, there's other reasons to cut out all grains other than millet and oats when you're serious about healing.
For one, grains can be too easy a food to rely on.
We can rely on that food so easily.
taking up room on your plate and in your stomach that could be occupied by more nutrient-dense
foods such as leafy greens and fruit. You're more likely to skip two or three healthy apples in the
morning or a couple of bananas because you're eating a bowl of grains. While grains are nutritious,
millet's nutritious, oats are nutritious, grains are nutritious, these type, right? They don't offer
the healing phytochemical compounds.
They don't offer the antioxidants
and the trace minerals of a pint of berries,
a pear or an apple or banana.
But that's just one little thing.
Grains don't offer this,
which is one of the most important things
a food needs to offer for you.
Grains don't offer antiviral
and antibacterial compounds.
Just so you know,
science and research and food science,
whether it's vegan, plant-based,
whatever vegetarian food science, whether it's paleo food science, doesn't know that they're
antiviral compounds. Antiviral compounds in a lot of the foods we eat and antibacterial compounds,
undiscovered ones, all undiscovered ones, really important to know. Undiscovered ones in fruits
and vegetables. Undiscovered ones in leafy greens only. Fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens.
antiviral antibacterial compounds these compounds found in fruits herbs such as celery leafy greens
vegetables and sea vegetables are precious and help bring our lives back by reversing chronic
illness that's how foods help i'm going to cleanse the heel right now i'm on page 79 we're talking
about grains but we're about to about to talk about the big stuff about grains i haven't scratched
surface. Grains are an easy filler for breakfast, lunch, or dinner when other foods could be moving
us forward faster with our healing. So when it comes down to our healing and moving our healing
forward faster, those grains can get in the way. The gluten-free grains can get in the way. I'm not
saying not to have them. I'm going to talk about that a little bit. But here's this. There's even
a bigger reason to avoid grains
because of how they interact with fats.
Here's the question.
Can you guys eat your grains,
your gluten-free grains, without fats?
What does that mean, without fats?
Without butter?
Without oil?
Without avocado on the grain?
Without milk?
Without other things?
Even without almond milk,
which is a fat?
This is important to know.
Can you eat your gluten-free grains without fats?
Can you have your gluten-free grain without chicken, which is a fat?
Can you have your gluten-free grain without pork, chicken, without fish?
Can you have your gluten-free rice without fish, which is a fat?
This is what we're talking about here.
There's an even bigger reason to avoid grains because of how they interact with fats.
Here's the bombshell right here.
We don't tend to eat our grains without radical fat.
Radical fat, that's a medical medium term, radical fat.
We're far removed in time from it.
So what happens is you can have your grain, and you can have a grain, gluten-free grain,
maybe without a fat somehow.
You actually did that.
But then you have a fat hours later in your diet.
It's still going to get tangled up with the grain that you're trying to digest for hours.
so we don't tend to eat our grains without radical fat.
We're far removed in time enough from it.
Think about it.
Oatmeal with peanut butter.
How many of you guys do the oatmeal and peanut butter thing?
I'm not saying it's bad.
I'm not saying that you've got to stop it.
I'm not saying, you know, all these things.
I'm just saying, all right,
how many are doing the oatmeal and peanut butter?
How many are doing the almond butter and oatmeal?
How about this one?
How about toast with avocado?
Avocado toast, are you guys doing the avocado toast?
That's a grain with a fat.
That's a grain with a radical fat.
Avocados are healthy.
I'm not saying it's not a healthy fat.
I'm talking about healing.
See, that's the different thing.
That's a whole different thing.
I'm not talking about living your life.
You're fine.
You have no symptoms.
You don't have any acne.
You don't have any trouble.
There's no problems.
And you want to have avocado toast with gluten-free toast.
Absolutely.
I stand behind it 100%.
100%.
I'm just the messenger to if you're so miserable and you're so sick and you've been through hell and back that I have to throw out that lifesaver and throw out that rope so you can grab onto it.
And you have choices without food wars in the way and confusion and all the other stuff.
That's all.
How many of you do granola with milk?
Maybe it's granola with almond milk.
Maybe it's granola with hemp milk.
Maybe it's rice milk.
It's still a fat.
How about butter, too, at the same time with different things?
What about protein bars?
Did you know protein bars are just a fat bar?
Protein bars are fat bars.
That's what they are.
And protein bars have grains in them.
Most of them have a grain of some kind in there.
Maybe you had a protein bar that was grain-free and it had fat in it,
but you had grains on that same day.
See how it works?
Chicken sandwiches.
You got the bread, you got the gluten-free bread with your chicken sandwich, and then you got chicken, which is fat.
I'm talking about chicken breast with no skin on it.
There's fat weaved in and out of the chicken meat, fibrous meat.
Chicken sandwiches, pasta with oil.
When do we have pasta without oil?
When do we have pasta without some kind of oil?
it's very rare to eat a grain dish as simple as say quinoa with steamed vegetables and no oil
drizzled on top that's rare i mean that's rare even when we do withhold fat from a snack or meal
it's usually not too long from when we ate a snack or meal that was rich in fat
so one fat-based food usually isn't out of the system by the time we're enjoying a grain
based foods, you guys, even if they're hours apart. Check that out. A breakfast of yogurt or
eggs, for example, may still be digesting by the time we end up eating a lunch of quinoa salad.
Why is this a problem? Why is it a problem? That's what we got to talk about.
Insulin resistance, but that's just one problem. Insulin resistance. By the way, quinoa is a
healthy grain. Although it is harder to digest than millet and oats, it's scratchy on the
intestinal linings. No one's going to tell you that. If you have digestive problems, gastroparesis,
if you have any kind of digestive issues whatsoever, I mean any kind, you know, IBS,
all kinds of different problems, gastritis. If you're eating quinoa, it's scratchy on the
intestinal linings, but you won't hear that out there, which means it can bother people with
intestinal tract disorders. For the purpose of keeping these cleanses as gentle and healing as
possible for sensitive people in this book, the purpose of keeping these cleanses as gentle as
possible for sensitive people, because I always got to think about the sensitive people. I just
don't put out a cleanse without thinking about everybody who's suffering and struggling with
every different illness and symptom and what could be an impact and what could happen. That's why the
information can't be relied upon me in this book. It has to come from spirit of compassion. It has
to be above me and more than me.
Because it's about the sensitive people.
You will not see this book recommending
a main staple of quinoa in this book.
Even though it's a fine enough grain
if you want to do it.
I also want to recognize the debate
about whether quinoa is a grain or seed.
Do you guys hear that before?
Like quinoa, wait a minute, it's a seed.
It's not a grain, it's a seed.
And then it totally got jacked up.
Like its credibility, quinoa's credibility got jacked up through the roof.
We can call it either, a grain or a seed.
Because grains, most of them are seeds, you guys.
Most of them are seeds.
So when I remember when that whole thing came out,
no, quinoa's not a grain, quinoa's a seed.
I actually laughed about that one.
Most grains are seeds, which is why you can sprout them.
I mean, rice isn't, but it's why you can sprout them and grow them.
Throughout this book, you'll see me use the term radical fat.
This is really important.
A food's calorie that's derived mostly from fat.
Okay, very important to note here.
So whether healthy or unhealthy, ketogenic diets, for example, are based on radical fats.
Keto diets, whether a healthy one, whether it's a healthy plant-based one,
whether it's a healthy vegan one, whether it's a healthy paleo one,
another animal protein style diet of some kind, whatever kind of keto diet it is,
it's based on radical fats. Radical fats and grains both take a while to digest. Remember that.
Fats from chicken, avocado, bone broth, nuts, and seeds, oils, butter, cream, milk, and more
linger in the bloodstream as they go through their long absorption process.
sometimes taking a full day, a full day to disperse, if not more.
That translates to fats floating around in the bloodstream for hours.
The complex carbohydrates of whole grains take less time to break down.
They're usually gone within four to six hours.
Although that's still a long time,
due to their density and the quantity you may have eaten of that grain,
that's usually viewed as a positive as are considered slow-burning fuel.
But it's not a positive. Wait to hear this.
Here's the issue.
Complex carbohydrates break down into sugars.
And if there are fats in the bloodstream at the same time,
well, then we got fat plus sugar.
That's where we get sick, fat plus sugar.
I'm talking about gluten-free grains.
Gluten grains, we get sick because that gluten feeds the bugs that make us sick.
That's what gets us sick that way.
Pathogens feed off of the gluten and make us sick with all our symptoms and conditions.
I'm reading out of Cleanse the Heal right now.
The true cause of insulin resistance is that very thing.
Fat plus sugar in the bloodstream.
That's the true cause of insulin resistance.
Fat plus sugar in the bloodstream.
Sugars attach themselves to insulin in order to enter cells so we can have energy survive and thrive.
That's how it works.
Sugar attaches itself to insulin, that hormone insulin.
It attaches itself to that.
That's how we get injury.
I mean, that's how we get energy and we sustain less injury.
because sugar helps muscle restore fast
with less bruising, with less problems,
even the skin, all parts of our organs and everything.
It's sugar attaching itself to insulin
in order to enter cells
so we can have energy, survive, and thrive.
Fat interferes with this process.
High blood fat prevents sugars
from entering cells with ease
because it absorbs some of the insulin
and also gets in the way of the sugars binding to the insulin
before the insulin weakens and dissipates.
Here's how it works.
Insulin has a shelf life.
Science and research doesn't know this.
Our own insulin produced has a shelf life in our body.
And if you're bombarding your diet with radical fats that I'm talking about,
radical fats, the fat in the bloodstream sops up
and gets in the way of that insulin, it eats it up.
So the insulin gets eaten up by that fat.
That's how it works.
This is a big problem, and there's a lot of reasons.
That causes more insulin to be produced,
and now we're producing more insulin, more insulin, and more insulin.
It weakens the pancreas at the same time the fat in the blood clogs up the liver,
and then our liver starts getting clogged up.
Our liver starts getting congested.
Our liver starts getting stagnant and sluggish.
blood sugar instability can result.
For example, your A1C could elevate
or you could get diagnosed with prediabetes
or even diabetes.
So if you're looking for the next level of healing,
it's important that grains aren't present
in your diet of radical fats.
If your diet is with radical fats.
So if you're somebody that doesn't want anything
to do with medical medium diets,
medical medium whatever,
medical medium information cleansing
or whatever all this information is
to heal and to move forward with your life.
If you don't want a part of it,
you got to watch out with all those fats in your bloodstream,
and you got to watch out with the grains in your bloodstream too at the same time.
Because the sugars from the grains, they have to get to the muscle cells with insulin.
They have to get through it that way.
But what goes wrong is we're soaking up the bloodstream with so much fat in our diet.
We're on the different keto diets, the plant-based keto diets, the vegan keto diets.
We're on all these different keto diets, right?
Animal protein keto diets.
and we're filling our bloodstream up with radical fats.
And as those radical fats are floating around,
it interferes with insulin.
It soaks it up, gets in the way.
Insulin starts to weaken.
We can't get the sugars into the muscle cells.
And now we got two things going on.
Too much fat and too much sugar inside the bloodstream
with nowhere to go.
There are 75 recipes in this book.
Cleanse the heel, by the way.
75 recipes.
If you're wondering what to eat,
like what kind of food to eat,
There's 75 recipes in cleanse to heal.
So important to know.
So important to know.
And actually to eat for healing, to eat to help us heal all of it.
If you take away the radical fats, then the gluten-free grains work only in your favor.
So if you guys are into your grains, if you're into your millet, if you're into millet, if you're into quinoa, if you're into oats.
I like millet and oats if you've got sensitivities and you've got things going on inside the body.
Like all the things we talk about.
If you're into these, keep the fats down.
Lower the fats.
Learn how to do it.
Learn how to take care of yourself like that.
Because when you bring your fats down, you can actually eat some of those grains.
If you really want to eat some of those grains, if that's what you want to do, you can actually do that.
And it's a way to do it right there.
so if you take away your radical fats then the gluten-free grains work only in your favor no
insulin resistance can happen although then we're back to the initial drawback of grains get ready
for the initial drawback of grains gluten-free grains the lower level of nutrition they offer
compared to fruits herbs leafy greens and vegetables and sea vegetables as well as grains
non-existent level of antivirals and antibacterials grains the best gluten-free grains
don't have the antivirals and the antibacterials in there,
which are critical to why we're sick to begin with.
You see how important that is?
Nobody talks about that out there.
Nobody knows anything about that out there.
So this is important.
Also, if you're filling up your palate,
if you're filling up your body with all the grains
and they're dominating,
you're not getting the most nutritious food all the time
because they're not that nutritious.
They're nutritious, but not even a fraction of nutritious
as the leafy greens and the fruits and the herbs and sea vegetables and other things like that.
Fruit, by the way, is not a complex carbohydrate unless it's a starch such as a winter squash.
Fruit's valuable sugar enters your bloodstream and organs quickly.
This is critical.
Many fruits are absorbed, assimilated, and used within one hour.
If you're eating larger amounts of fruit, for example,
if you eat one bunch of bananas in a sitting, that absorption could take two to three hours.
Either way, fruit causes the least amount of resistance when it comes to sugar entering cells
for fuel. If you have a lot of fat in your bloodstream, you may still have to have a little
bit of insulin resistance with fruit, although not much because insulin will attach to fruit sugar
and bypass a lot of fat in the bloodstream to enter cells. So here's the thing. If you still
want to do that keto diet or something, if you're still like, oh, medical medium, what is he talking
about? And what is cleanses information? I, you know, do the vegan keto diet. I'll do another
keto diet, which everybody still gets sick later on. And or that they haven't or not, or they just
go up and down with their sicknesses and their symptoms because no one knows causes illness.
But if you're still into that, where you're still into something that you, that you want to do,
I'm just saying that if you're going to keep the fats in, the healthy fats, make sure you're using
fruit more so than a grain. Or try that approach. Try it where you're doing fruit more so than an
actual grain because the fruit sugar will attach itself to the insulin that your pancreas is
shooting out there. And it'll attach itself to that easily and drive it into the cells of the
body, the muscle cells, and all cells in the organs. Even when you're on fats, you'll get a
better chance of getting that there, like getting that sugar to your cells so you can
thrive and survive and think and have energy to exercise all these different things.
So that's important to know.
So that's a really important thing to know right there.
And the thing is about this, if you're eating larger amounts of fruit, like I said, you
can even still get away with that as well. With grains, the absorption process is much more
difficult if we're still eating radical fats. If you're still eating radical fats and you're still
eating grains, the process is much more, the absorption process is much more difficult.
Trendy high fat diets of today, such as ketogenic or paleo, whether plant-based or animal protein
based, you know, the food wars, lack understanding of this. They simply believe that grains cause
symptoms, period, without any understanding of how, why, or what, or what kind of grain,
or does it matter, or quinoa, you know, quinoa versus, like I said about it being, you know,
scratching the intestinal tract sometimes for sensitive people or other things.
That's what's interesting here. The creators of these diet belief systems out there, you guys,
the creators of these diets don't realize that people's slightly swollen, lightheaded,
foggy and tired symptoms aren't a result of gluten-free grains causing inflammation.
That's not a gluten-free grain causing inflammation if someone's lightheaded, foggy and tired symptoms
and slightly swollen. These symptoms come from digestive problems, liver issues, or low-grade
viral and bacterial infections of bugs such as streptococcus and Epstein-Barr virus, which none
of these makers of these diets know about. The combination of fats plus complex carbohydrates
can contribute to all of this. These books are not generic information. This is all unique and
original. All in these books, the medical medium books. That's what this is. If you heard a low-fat
suggestion out there or somebody else's information, you'll know if you break it down, this is the
original source. This is where it is, and it's all unique and original published medical medium.
I'd have to cite it otherwise.
These books are not generic information.
They have to be studied.
So this isn't the kind of thing like,
oh, he must be talking about something that's somewhere else
or another book.
No, it's not.
It's original information.
And it's important to know.
People often experience digestive issues
from combining radical fats with complex carbs such as grains.
and yet they rarely eat grains without fats.
People rarely eat a grain without a fat, you guys.
Such an important thing to know.
Think cheesy pasta.
That's a fat and a grain, by the way.
How about vegan cheesy pasta?
How about vegan cheese, which is a fat,
on top of gluten-free pasta?
That's a fat and a grain.
Don't think you're exempt.
If you're like, no, wait, I don't do dairy.
I don't do dairy in wheat pasta.
I don't know what he's talking about.
Think cheesy mac.
Think mac and cheese, right?
Mac and cheese.
You might do gluten-free mac and cheese, vegan mac and cheese.
Think pizza.
That's a whole wheat crust plus cheese and oil.
Or what if you do vegan pizza?
You still got a gluten-free grain and you got a fat.
What about rice with butter?
What about rice with coconut oil?
What about toast and avocado?
Avocado toast.
What about that?
What about oatmeal and peanut butter? That's a grain with a fat. See how it
works? Grain with a radical fat. Or pork and rice. It's important to know.
Nutritional yeast, you got to be careful about that. It's toxic. Always was, always
will be. It interferes with the healing process. If you want to go the extra mile,
you got to get the nutritional yeast out because of the MSG factor. That's a
whole nother thing. If you hear, well how it doesn't have MSG in there? No,
nutritional yeast is so problematic.
It's still MSG'd.
It's not a food.
It's not a real food.
Be careful.
The thing is,
it's things like that
that can stop you
on that last leg of healing
when you've already gotten rid
of three symptoms
because you're doing
incredible information
that's unique
and then you're still dumping
all this nutritional yeast in.
Still wondering why
you're getting acne.
Nutritional yeast can feed bugs.
It's got, you know,
it's all kinds of things
can happen with that.
So, really important to know.
Fats and starches combined in the digestive tract put stress on the liver and pancreas,
making it difficult for hydrochloric acid to do its job of breaking down grains in the stomach.
You guys, our gastric glands weaken when we're combining fats and starches together.
Even when we're just eating fats, our digestive glands weaken.
That's why everybody loses in the end.
They lose their gastric glands and they lose their hydrochloric acid.
They can't digest good.
Now they're 40 years old.
They have digestive problems like galore, left and right, all of it.
It's important to know this.
Fats and starches combined in the digestive tract put stress on the liver and pancreas,
making it difficult for the hydrochloric acid to do its job of breaking down grains in the stomach.
Your HCL has to break your grains down.
That's a critical point right there.
Your hydrochloric acid has to break your grains down.
When you combine fat with that starch in your stomach at once, it makes the hydrochloric acid not break it down properly.
It makes the gastric glands stress.
This is what happens.
That's because fats interfere with hydrochloric acid strength, and the liver has to produce more bile to break down fats,
while complex carbohydrates are in the way of the bile's job of dispersing fats.
See?
Your liver has to amp up,
start producing bile like crazy
to deal with the fats.
Your HCL is going through the roof
and your gastric glands are all stressed out
trying to produce HCL.
Over time, this wears us down
and wears us down and wears us down.
That's why a cleanse is critical.
That's why a cleanse, a gentle cleanse,
even the morning cleanse in here is critical, you guys.
You guys don't have to quit all your things.
You don't have to quit.
If you don't want to,
you can take it one step at a time.
You can take it a little bit at a time.
You can use your free will and your own choices
and say, at least I know the truth.
So if I want to get this digestive problem better,
I got a shot to do it.
It's important.
Other symptoms that can occur as a result are bloating, nausea.
That's important to know.
Constipation, cramping, gastritis, and intestinal inflammation.
All of them mistakenly blamed on grains
and not on the fats consumed with them.
See, when we get problems with grains,
we blame the grain.
We blame the gluten-free grain.
And of course the gluten-based grain.
But the gluten-free grain gets blamed.
That happens.
And because we're consuming them with fats
and then we're getting cramping and gastritis
because their liver bile's weak,
the food is going rancid,
the food is putrefying,
the proteins putrefy in the grain.
Yeah, proteins in the grain putrefy.
Exactly.
Because they're loaded with proteins in different ways.
And they're different kinds of proteins.
And then you got the fats, which is going rancid because your bio-reserves can't break it down.
So are the insulin-resistant symptoms we can get.
The sweating, the hot flashes, the mild dizziness, the inconsistent energy, the nagging hunger,
swelling from slight watery tension, and mild intermittent tremors and shakes.
If someone were consuming gluten-free grains with no radical fats in the diet whatsoever,
it would be a whole different story.
That's why grains get a bad rap like they do so bad.
because you got the fats mixed in
and then we got all the insulin resistance symptoms
and everything based around it.
Many people get along with fats and grains together just fine.
Don't get me wrong, they do.
Most commonly, if they're younger,
that's when they do
because their system is strong
and they don't have a lot of compromises.
Their liver hasn't been too weakened over time yet
by pathogens, high-fat or high-protein diets,
toxic heavy metals or a toxic load,
heavy toxic load.
So the hydrochloric acid in the stomach is still partially strong and their pancreas is still adequately strong too.
Just because someone isn't exhibiting symptoms now doesn't mean weakness isn't building behind the scenes.
It gets everybody their digestive disorders and gets all the other problems happening.
And this is how you get a chronic issue because of the diet, you know, of the way it's been going all this time.
The trending diet, the trending diet in the moment.
Feeling fine in the moment isn't reassurance that everything is fine.
Do you know that, guys?
Everything isn't fine just because you're feeling fine in the moment.
For people looking to head off problems and people already experiencing symptoms of chronic illnesses and issues,
and you'd like to heal,
removing all grains besides millet and oats from the diet is one way to further recover and strengthen.
Removing all grains except for oats and millet is a great way to move forward.
I want you to know that.
So if you love your grains, you can keep your oats if you need to.
You can keep your millet.
Millet's critical.
I mean, so many of you guys haven't even tasted it yet or had it, right?
But another level is, you know, and there's other things you can do too.
So removing all the grains except for millet and oats from the diet is one way.
That's one way to further your recovery and strengthen.
Another is removing or reducing radical fats at the same time.
So don't do the fats at the same time of your grain.
Don't do millet and fats.
Don't do, I mean, you can if you really want to,
but try not to do it so much, right?
Do look for oats marked gluten-free.
A lot of you guys that love your oats know that already.
Even though oats themselves are naturally gluten-free,
growing and processing can sometimes contaminate them.
You guys know how that whole works with the processing and everything.
yet another step is to remove all grains from your diet while you're trying to move forward
from symptoms and conditions you guys can go as far as removing all grains if you want
removing them all including oats and millet and really moving forward if you got if you got the
symptoms and conditions i want you to have the choice i want you to know you have a choice so
you can heal so you can remove all the grains if you want to but i'm giving you different opportunities
like different things, different levels.
It's important.
This will give your digestive system a break
and maximize the healing foods you have room for in every meal.
We only have roughly about 80,000 meals.
I mean, the normal people, 80,000 meals in a lifetime.
Remember that.
You'll notice that millet and oats are okay.
And you'll notice that through the book.
Millet and oats are okay.
So you can keep them if you need to.
But if you think you need to move forward, if you feel you need to move forward, I give you every opportunity in all these different ways.
It's important.
If you're really struggling with a condition and you're still very attached to grains, I would prefer you use millet for even more healing.
Believe it or not, even millet for more healing.
I'd prefer you remove grains altogether and try the Advance 369, of course, to just jump ahead.
But yeah, these are some of the things I'm talking about.
The cleanse and heal.
Important.
This is not a raw food diet.
This is not a raw food diet book.
This is not a belief system.
This isn't a vegan book.
This isn't a paleo book.
This isn't medical medium information was never, ever a belief system.
It's options.
It's why we're the largest safe space and the largest healing community in the world of chronic illness.
because of this very thing.
So if you want to expand,
if anybody's in this community right now
that's in other communities,
if they want to expand their communities,
then open the door
and let the love in
and just know that it's not about a belief system.
We're the only ones that did that so far.
Because it's important
to not have that belief system,
instead have answers and choices.
It's all about answers and choices in this book.
Where can you take your healing?
What kind of illness do you have?
What kind of condition do you have?
What kind of symptom do you have?
It's all that.
What do you have going on?
Read the book and you have your questions answered.
When you read the book, you'll see I walk you through the healing process.
Your questions are answered in here.
Spirit of Compassion has always said to me throughout the years of helping so many people heal,
that knowing the true cause of why you're sick is half the battle won.
Knowing what to do, what to take, and how to apply those tools
is the other half battle won, you guys.
You got to remember that it's critical in order to heal.
Half the battle won is knowing what's wrong.
And that's what happened.
That's what went wrong out there in the alternative communities and conventional
is nobody knows what's wrong.
and it's theories and ideas,
but it's not true answers of what's wrong and true causes.
And knowing what to do is critical.
There's seven cleanse options in here.
Seven cleanse options
with multiple ways of cleansing within them.
Multiple ways of cleansing within them.
So it's more than just seven.
And there's a way to heal with tons of healing information too.
I'm going over to the Facebook Live.
I love you guys.
God bless you.
I'm heading over to the Facebook Live now.
Take care.
Thank you.
